Recover a Secret From k Secure Shards

Please note that adjusting parameters in Steps 1 and 2 will change the number of input fields and buttons made available in Step 3. Also, adjusting a parameter in either Step 1 or 2 may change the other parameter to keep the two of them consistent.

Step 0

You must read and follow the security guidelines whenever you use kn Secrets for any real secrets. Otherwise, it's ok to proceed if you just use non-secret example input. You may also read the FAQ to learn more about Secure Secret Sharing.

Step 1

Provide your k, the number of Secure Shards used to recover the secret.

Step 2 - optional

Provide your m, the number of Secure Shards you want to work with. (This means that there is always a relationship of 2 ≤ k ≤ m ≤ n ≤ , where n is the total number of Secure Shards. Just leave m = k if all you are interested in is one-shot recovery from k Secure Shards.)

According to settings made in the previous two steps, provide

Secure Shards.

Use text fields to type groups of BIP39 mnemonics, finalize each group by hitting enter.

Step 4

Select type of secret to be recovered.
